Jackie VanKirk of East Palestine, Ohio lets her husband do all of the work on her car, but she drives! The Caprice is powered by a Chevy 400 small block and 400 tranie. Jackie's husband, Barry pulled the original 327 to make room for the 400 and did the interior.
